Health Effects of Vaping
Because e-cigarettes contain nicotine and a variety of toxic chemicals, vaping is linked to a lengthy list of health risks and side effects, including:

What to Know About Juul Lawsuits
As of July 15, 2021, there were 2,339 Juul lawsuits from around the United States combined in multidistrict litigation (MDL-2913). In general, the lawsuits claim that JUUL marketed its products to attract minors, promoted nicotine use, failed to warn that its nicotine products are more potent and addictive and that the company’s products are defective and unreasonably dangerous.
Though JUUL did not admit wrongdoing, the company recently agreed to pay $40 million to North Carolina in the first state settlement. Thirteen other attorney generals have sued JUUL. While e-cigarette litigation is still in its early stages, it is only expected to grow, and some legal experts have even compared it to tobacco litigation.
