Hi, I’m Mark Petro. I was born and raised here in Alabama. I am the youngest of five children. Four boys and one girl. I’m not sure how my mother did it, but she is a saint!

I have helped injured victims across the state of Alabama and the entire country since 1989. I graduated from the University of Alabama in 1986 and from Cumberland School of Law in 1989. Throughout my career, I have helped over 1000 individuals seriously injured as a result of automobile wrecks, truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, on the job injuries, worker’s compensation claims, slip and fall injuries, medical negligence, nursing home negligence, defective products and medications. I have built a reputation for being the go-to guy to get claims handled in an efficient manner, so you can get what you deserve sooner rather than later.

In addition to being a regular contributor to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, during my spare time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, playing golf, reading, watching Alabama football and basketball games, and teaching 7th Grade Sunday School. I am a son, brother, uncle, husband, and the father of two beautiful daughters, Carlee and Allee, who I adore. I am also the author of the books, The Truth About Personal Injury in Alabama: Secrets Insurance Companies Don’t Want You To Know, Your Legal Guide To Motorcycle Injury Compensation, Alabama Workers’ Compensation. Request your FREE copies! With these books, it is my desire to equip you with the information you need to help you understand the process of an injury claim from the time of injury all the way through the time the claim is resolved. I have found that providing relevant information to people who contact my office provides them with the knowledge they need to overcome the worry and stress that comes about after an injury.

As a matter of fact, if you contact my office, I will also provide you with a 30 Minute Complimentary Injury Claim Strategy, Session, a $200 value, Which Includes: Hearing all the details of your case, and taking notes; Discussing the laws surrounding your case and the potential consequences; Presenting possible outcomes and the likelihood of what may happen. The strategy session costs you nothing and in 30 minutes you can get the answers you’re looking for, formulate a game plan for your injury claim, and start feeling a sense of control and confidence about how to handle your injury claim.

If you decide to hire our law firm we will provide you with a 30 Day Client Service Satisfaction Guarantee. If during the first 30 days of our representation agreement you are not completely 100% satisfied with the way we treat you and the way we are handling your case, we will return your file to you and you will not owe us any fees or expenses. No questions.

Since 1996, I have received the highest possible ranking for a practicing attorney, an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell. This is something I am proud of because this rating is based on the opinions of lawyers I have worked against and Judges in whose courtrooms I have had cases. The rating takes into consideration the standard of professional ability in the areas I practice, my expertise, nature of practice, and qualifications relevant to the practice of law. It signifies that I have reached the heights of professional excellence and am recognized for the highest level of skill and integrity.
